Hi there.  Just wanted to let you all know that I am officially pregers.  We finally heard a heart beat at 14 weeks.  That seems a little late but there it is.  I added the little widget showing you what it looks like and how far along I am.  It's a little freaky.

Other than that we do not have much going on.  Tom has spent the last 6 weeks in Boston looking for a job that will pay him millions of dollars to design buildings.  No such luck yet, but will keep you informed.  I went out to visit for a week in July and we had a great time.

We tried to do some blueberry picking, but there really were not any blueberries.  A bit early I guess.

Of all the times that I have been to New England, I have never been up to Maine.  I finally got to go.  We drove up for the day and it definitely was not long enough.  Toms good friend Jacqui and her boyfriends son, Alex were kind enough to give us a tour of beautiful Portland.

We went to Fort Williams.

Visited the amazing coast of Maine.  Why we did not get a picture of the Lighthouse, I do not know.

Visited Kennebunkport Pond.

Can't be a trip back home for Tom if he doesn't get to jam with his dad.  He's pretty good with the drums.

Tom's Convocation

On Friday Tom graduated with a masters degree in architecture from the U.  I am so proud of him.  The video is a little shaky.  My bad.

Skiing

Ahh... the joys of skiing. Although some of the best resorts are in my backyard, I have not been skiing in over 2 years. It is just too expensive. Tom has only been once, over 10 years ago... in New Hampshire. Does that even count?

Obviously, we were way overdue. I was finally able to break Tom away from the studio and experience some real skiing in the Rockies. We took advantage of the the "Ski Free after 3:00" at Alta.

After a couple tries on the Bunny run, Tom was looking pretty professional. Video proof to come shortly.

We had a great time and have been a few more times since. I really do love skiing. Now I just need to get the income to support the hobby. Should be simple enough, right?

Boston... Way Behind

Again, way behind on my posts. Maybe I'll get better, maybe not.

Tom and I went to Boston for Thanksgiving. We had a wonderful time hanging out with his family.
We were able to meet up with our good friend Dane who just got back from his mission in Portugal.
Flying out of Boston.
